Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for water engineering services, including water/wastewater treatment, distribution, conveyance, and stormwater projects.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.
• Drive business development efforts, develop strategic partnerships, and expand market share across public and private sectors.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and technical staff.
• Collaborate with other executives to align water initiatives with company goals and regional growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater infrastructure with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in delivering complex, high-value projects and building strong client relationships.
• Strong business acumen, leadership, and team development skills.
