Anticipated Pay/Benefits

  • Base Salary: $180K-$220K
  • Bonus: 5-10% of base salary (tied to performance/EBITDA)

Responsibilities

  • Unify engineering teams across multiple sites, driving standardization and scalability.
  • Develop a configurable product platform blending mechanical and controls automation.
  • Oversee R&D for next-gen systems, improving margins and lead times.
  • Partner with operations and sales to enhance throughput and customer ROI.
  • Build a high-performing culture focused on innovation and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar)
  • 10+ years of engineering leadership in manufacturing or OEM settings.
  • Strong controls engineering expertise (e.g., Rockwell, Ignition).
  • Proven success scaling teams or integrating acquisitions.
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related); Master’s preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with a sense of urgency and problem-solving drive.
