Anticipated Pay/Benefits
- Base Salary: $180K-$220K
- Bonus: 5-10% of base salary (tied to performance/EBITDA)

Responsibilities
- Unify engineering teams across multiple sites, driving standardization and scalability.
- Develop a configurable product platform blending mechanical and controls automation.
- Oversee R&D for next-gen systems, improving margins and lead times.
- Partner with operations and sales to enhance throughput and customer ROI.
- Build a high-performing culture focused on innovation and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar)
- 10+ years of engineering leadership in manufacturing or OEM settings.
- Strong controls engineering expertise (e.g., Rockwell, Ignition).
- Proven success scaling teams or integrating acquisitions.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related); Master’s preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a sense of urgency and problem-solving drive.
