The Director of Engineering will be responsible for four cross-functional squads, approximately 25 Engineers, directly managing Tech Leads and a Delivery Manager.
Partnering with Product and Design to define and execute the strategy and roadmap for their key product.
Playing a critical role in the Product Leadership Team, contributing to product investment and strategic decisions.
Working closely with the Engineering teams at an architectural level to ensure their solutions are aligned with, and deliver on, company goals.
Driving engineering best practices and collaborating with other engineering leaders to continuously improve the engineering function.
Creating and evolving autonomous, high-performing teams, ensuring they deliver value at speed.

A Director of Engineering with a track record of managing managers across multiple cross-functional product teams.
Strong foundation in modern technology principles and software engineering best practices.
Hands-on experience with modern cloud-native architectures and SaaS product development.
Deep understanding of enterprise/B2B software.
Ability to balance technical excellence with business impact, making data-driven decisions to drive value.
