Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong expertise in API development, integration patterns, and middleware technologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, C#, and PHP (for web development).
Experience with Oracle OICS, ODI, and Nifi for integration solutions.
Knowledge of database management systems and data integration tools.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of security and compliance standards in integration practices.
Experience working within the grocery retail industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of software developers, integration engineers, and technical specialists.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the development and integration of enterprise applications and third-party solutions within Oracle OICS, ODI, and Nifi environments.
Architect and implement scalable integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and cloud-based platforms.
Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to developers of varying skill levels.
Ensure best practices in software development, including code quality, security, and performance optimization.
Manage development projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, particularly in the grocery retail sector, to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, trends, and integration methodologies.
Oversee system documentation, version control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with IT, product management, and other departments to ensure seamless system interoperability.
Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide hands-on problem resolution when necessary.
Ensure effective integration and optimization of Oracle RMFCS and Oracle Fusion applications.
Support the Senior Enterprise Architect in updating Enterprise Architecture (EA) blueprints and ensuring alignment with strategic IT initiatives.
Follow best practices for release and deployment governance to ensure smooth software rollouts and minimize operational disruptions.
Oversee Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes to ensure the effective planning, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms and data pipeline tools.
Prior experience in managing remote or globally distributed development teams.
Knowledge of Oracle RMFCS and Oracle Fusion applications and their integration within a grocery retail environment.
