Role Overview

This commercial leadership role is a player/coach position with a mandate to develop sales strategies, introduce process and execute to plan within an entrepreneurial sales organization, driving transformational internal change while also managing sales initiatives and central account relationships.

Qualifications

Your background will include a career history with demonstrated success selling within the IT services and solutions sector using value-based selling and solution selling strategies. You will be experienced in designing and implementing focused incentive and compensation programs and will have led the successful implementation of CRM systems and other sophisticated systems and processes.

Compensation

Competitive compensation package is offered including commissions and long-term incentives in the overall success of the enterprise.
