Previous experience in the scaling of cloud-based applications
Strong grasp of DevOps best practises, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools
Previous leadership/management experience of software engineering teams including the implementation of strategic technical roadmaps
Overseeing the design, architecture and development of cloud-based applications (using .NET and Azure)
Personnel management experience (conducting performance reviews, training and mentoring)
Previous experience scaling engineering teams (ideally being involved in the interview process)
Solid understanding of cloud architecture and microservices
