Position Overview

We’re hiring a Vice President of Engineering to lead and scale a multidisciplinary team focused on ultra-low-power systems, custom silicon, and embedded platforms. This is a rare opportunity to architect the technical foundation of a product poised for massive impact.

What You’ll Drive

• Technical leadership across custom ICs, embedded firmware, and low-power system design.
• Development of scalable, energy-efficient platforms that push the boundaries of always-on compute and communication.
• Recruitment, mentoring, and management of high-performing hardware/software teams.
• Close collaboration with product, research, and executive teams to translate a bold vision into reality.

Ideal Background

• 10+ years of engineering leadership with a strong track record in low-power systems and wearables, wireless communication, or custom SoCs.
• Deep technical fluency in ultra-low-power design, MCUs, RF, or sensor integration.
• Experience taking products from concept to mass production.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, research-heavy startup environment.

Working Model

Hybrid/remote flexibility available. Regular in-person collaboration required at the company’s engineering HQ (location provided upon engagement).
