What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead a high-performing mobile engineering team (React Native, iOS, Android)
• Architect scalable, high-performance mobile solutions
• Build and manage backend integrations on AWS / Azure / GCP
• Own delivery targets, define KPIs, and steer technical strategy
• Hire, mentor, and cultivate a culture of innovation

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• 7+ years in software engineering
• 6+ years in mobile app development
• 4+ years of hands-on React Native experience
• 3+ years in a tech leadership role (bonus if client-facing)
• Strong command of Swift, Kotlin, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Track record in app architecture, performance tuning, and growing teams
