Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensures the provision of specific state-of-the-art technical expertise, procedures, and tools to R+D, Production, Industrial Engineering, and Operations with respective technical competencies.
• Develop and ensure the implementation of the strategy for the respective area of expertise in line with higher ranking strategies to enhance the product portfolio of Schaeffler.
• Direct the subordinated functions to ensure the provision of technical expertise, methods, tools, procedures and work products.
• Ensure the internal/external transfer of specific technical knowledge according to Schaeffler business interests.
• Ensure the continuous development of necessary technical competencies and resources.
• Ensure performance of qualified assessments for assigned technical domains and exercise the right to release products.

• 10 to 15 years
