Responsibilities and tasks

  • Coordinate all actors related to this Work Package (MAR ME, DON ME, Tooling, Design Office, DUMAG Hungarian ME)
  • Select and coach Hungarian ME Staff
  • Pilot the complete package E2E from design data collection/cleaning and LAI to the FAI, budget 15M€
  • Organize and follow sub-contracting activities (AH Poland Design Office, internal/local sub contractors)
  • Link with other WP managers (Special processes, M&T, Means, Tooling, Infrastructure)
  • Define the DUMAG industrialization logic and implementation strategy
  • Report to the DUMAG Project Leader the progress of the complete WP
  • Head of Local Hungarian Engineering team (MEs, Liaison engineers, Tooling Design Office, AH DO representative) about 15 team members
  • Contribute to the DUMAG facility set-up and organization
  • Perform the set-up of the manufacturing activities in the workshop on the first parts until FAI (First Article inspection)
  • Lead the technical support for production delivery unit including Tooling design/manufacturing activities
  • Support the DUMAG Managing Director in the AH POA extension
  • Perform and implement improvement actions plan
  • Analyze the result of industrialization and define appropriate actions plan to increase the robustness of manufacturing processes

Requirements

  • Mechanical Engineering degree
  • English fluent
  • Engineer (3B position) with 5 to 10 years minimum in manufacturing engineering and industrialization of metallic mechanical parts.
  • Team Management experience of minimum 5 years.
  • SAP, CATIA V5, VPM, NC Simul, NC machine programming knowledge
  • CAD modeling (2D, 3D) and drawing analysis
  • Manufacturing and industrialization technologies for metallic parts manufacturing
