Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive customer satisfaction
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in software sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive results
- Experience working in a private equity-owned company is a plus
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in German and English
