Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive customer satisfaction
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in software sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results
  • Experience working in a private equity-owned company is a plus
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in German and English
