Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, enhancing, and maintaining our existing Flutter-based mobile application.
• Collaborate with senior developers and our CTO to implement new features and improvements.
• Participate in coding, documenting, and reviewing code to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Learn and support the integration of AI features, enhancing personalization and user experience.
• Contribute ideas and innovative solutions to technical and business challenges.
• Actively engage in strategic discussions as a founding team member.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (current students are encouraged to apply). Equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Familiarity and basic experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Interest or basic knowledge in AI-powered features such as recommendation engines, predictive analytics, or personalization.
• Basic proficiency in Firebase and interest in serverless architecture.
• Strong willingness to learn, grow, and adapt quickly in a dynamic startup environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Basic experience or willingness to learn the BLoC pattern and state management in Flutter.

Compensation
