About The Role

As a key member of the engineering leadership team, you will lead the strategic direction and implementation of cutting-edge data management, analytics, and AI solutions. You will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming and ideation to production launch and on-going development of our data products. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our data-driven decision-making processes and advancing our capabilities in AI and ML. Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of data engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, and AI specialists.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Oversee the design and implementation of scalable and robust data architectures aligned to deliver business outcomes and objectives.
• Ensure effective data governance, quality, and security standards are maintained.
• Drive the development and deployment of ML models, AI algorithms, and other advanced analytics solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and data science.
• Evaluate and select technologies and tools for data processing, storage, ML, and AI development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, program, and business units, to understand data and AI requirements that meet business needs.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Provide direction for prioritization and resource allocation.
• Build and model a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership roles overseeing data engineering, machine learning, and AI initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise financial data and research products.
• Experience collaboratively transforming data and analytics to deliver business insights.
• Experience building products that serve millions of users daily.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align data and AI strategies with organizational goals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience working in media is a plus.
