In this role, you will…

• Drive product production processes yield and performances.
• Lead the actions for CONQ/COGS/Quality improvement.
• Manage all NPI team activities with full alignment on iTero future products release and transferring to operation.
• Lead engineering department teams for excellence.
• Interface with other functions such as production, supply-chain and R&D.
• Lead root cause analysis on product quality issues, identify trends, and communicate with QA/ R&D on a regular basis.
• Overall responsibility on global production lines process validation.
• Collaborate with the QA team to support process-related validations for manufacturing, jigs, etc.
• Set the yearly FPY, RMA, DOA KPI's and execute with the team.
• Be responsible for evaluating current suppliers, approving new suppliers and disqualifying suppliers from the engineering perspective.

In this role, you’ll need …

• B.Sc. in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanics, Materials, Chemistry, Biomed) or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Managerial skills and experience with leading global engineering teams.
• Experience in NPI product transition to operation and close work with R&D teams.
• Experience in engineering in medical device industry.
• Experience in production in active medical device.
• Experience in working with suppliers and subcontractors and contract manufacturers in multiple countries.
• Knowledge in root cause investigation methods.
