Shokworks is looking for a dynamic, high-performing sales leader with a proven history of generating $5-10M in revenue through direct sales and strategic partner development with AWS, ServiceNow, Snowflake, among others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the end-to-end sales strategy, driving revenue growth through direct enterprise sales and partner-led initiatives.
  • Build and manage a high-performance sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partner relationships that enhance business development and revenue opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales engineering to optimize go-to-market strategies.
  • Leverage Apollo or Salesforce CRM to track performance and optimize sales processes.
  • Lead negotiations and close complex enterprise deals with C-level executives.
  • Develop and implement joint GTM plans with key partners to drive sales acceleration.
  • Provide sales forecasting, performance analytics, and strategic insights to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in enterprise sales and partner development.
  • Must be based in Austin, TX.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
  • Proven track record of sales quota achievement in SMBs and mid-market IT services and/or AI organizations.
  • Strong experience in channel and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in Apollo or Salesforce CRM for sales and partner relationship management.
  • A go-getter with a strong rolodex and network to enable rapid pipeline build leading to revenue and growth.
  • Experience selling into Texas DIR is highly preferred.
  • Autonomous, results-driven mindset with exceptional negotiation skills.
