Responsibilities

• Identify, build & refine all the digital touch points across all LOBs.
• Conceptualize and translate business needs into workable tech platforms aligning with architectural and design principles adhering to regulatory and security norms and driving the ROI for business.
• Expertise in defining service standards and guidelines that serve as benchmark for excellent service delivery as per global standards.
• Partner with business CEOs and Partner Function Heads (CXOs) at a strategic level to drive technology / digital agenda.
• Manage the regulatory compliance working with regulators / auditors.
• Management of all key tech suppliers to ensure smooth running of all the systems and in-turn business operations.
• Identifying proactive opportunities for cost savings through automation, efficiency improvement without compromising service quality.
