Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Extensive experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated success in implementing Industry 4.0/5.0 initiatives.
Strong understanding of automation platforms like SCADA.
Strong business acumen with the ability to make decisions that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
