Experience in enterprise software development and technology leadership with Proven background in on-premises, legacy-driven infrastructures—no reliance on cloud technologies.
Experience leading large-scale, mission-critical applications in regulated industries (financial services, banking, insurance, or similar).
Deep expertise in databases and Middleware Software Platforms.
Strong technical understanding of Unix/Linux-based infrastructures and Windows Server environments.
Strong grasp of CI/CD for on-prem environments, automation, and high-availability system architecture.
