We’re looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to create opportunities through cold outreach and drive them all the way to closed deals. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future clients, and your work will directly impact the company’s growth.
You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate closely with our technical leads to shape customized solutions based on real client needs.
NB: This is a role for someone who makes things happen, not someone waiting for inbound leads.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to target prospects using cold emails, LinkedIn DMs, and cold calls;
- Book and lead discovery meetings, uncovering pain points and qualifying opportunities;
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact through to closing, while taking full responsibility for your pipeline;
- Collaborate with technical specialists to create customized proposals and solutions.
- Clearly articulate the value of our services (software development, legacy modernization, data engineering, AI readiness);
- Update and manage CRM records and pipeline with attention to detail.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a cold outreach set up; IT consulting, custom software development, or a similar technical services field would be considered a advantage;
- A proven track record of generating opportunities via cold outreach and closing deals;
- Experience in selling to large enterprise clients across Europe;
- Comfortable working with technical stakeholders and translating their needs into value-based conversations;
- Excellent communication skills, relationship-building, and negotiation skills;
- You are highly driven by goals and excel in a fast-paced setting. With strong technical skills and excellent organization, you are adept with CRM systems, outreach tools, and organized workflows;
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian; any other language is an advantage.
