In this role, you will oversee the entire product engineering lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation and ongoing maintenance, ensuring our products deliver exceptional value and functionality. Key Responsibilities

Lead the product engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
Define and implement the product engineering strategy in collaboration with product management and executive leadership.
Oversee the full product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define product roadmaps.
Evaluate and adopt new technologies and engineering practices to improve product quality and team efficiency.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in software engineering and project management.
Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as a Director of Product Engineering or in a similar leadership role.
In-depth understanding of software engineering principles, practices, and methodologies.
Experience in leading product development efforts in the tech or recruitment sectors.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software design and architecture.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities, capable of guiding teams and driving consensus.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
