Job Description
Are you an experienced C# and .NET enthusiast ready to lead a world-class development team?

Your tasks:
- Lead and coach a team of C# engineers, creating a culture of feedback and empowerment.
- Serve as a technical expert, providing coding support and ensuring efficient software delivery using .NET and web technologies.
- Collaborate with product owners and the head of engineering to align with business needs.
- Delegate tasks and break them down into estimable deliverables, preparing specifications and assessing operational feasibility.
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle.
- Contribute to hiring top-quality engineers and understanding resourcing requirements as we grow.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and development tools.
- Plus, other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- 3+ years in a software engineering leadership capacity.
- Experience in the Microsoft development stack (C#, ASP.NET, VB, SQL Server).
- Experience in web technologies (JavaScript, Typescript, Angular, Aurelia, HTML, CSS).
- Experience in test automation, managing quality engineers, and general software quality methodologies.
- Experience with Git/GitHub/Jira or similar technologies.
