Job Role	Team Lead BSG – IT Applications (Oracle Fusion)
Job Responsibility	Executing IT initiatives for application development, roll-out & support Analysis of Business Requirements to convert them to System Specifications Must have domain knowledge about banking and financial services Project Planning and execution with time and cost constraints Functional resource who can provide Functional support to business Management of Oracle Fusion application from BSG perspective (Financials modules like GL, AP, AR, FA etc.) Management of GST applications from BSG perspective (Financials modules like GL, AP, AR, FA etc.) Coordinating with all stakeholders including business users as well as internal team members Guiding team members to carry out the activities more efficiently
Job requirements Skills/Knowledge prerequisites	Knowledge of Finance as well as Taxation (GST) processes Domain Knowledge for the Banking & Financial Services Good team coordination and communication Skills Good Vendor Management Skills Good Troubleshooting Skill Knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Proven skills and experience in Good companies and in Banking & Financial Services Domain Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion application (Financials modules like GL, AP, AR, FA etc.) will be added advantage
Educational Qualifications	Engineering Graduate and or Management Graduate
Experience Profile	Min. 10-12 years
Personality Traits	Team player
Salary range: Fixed Variable	As per the Grade salary range
Target Companies	Preference will be to Banking Sector Companies i.e. HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, AXIS, Indusind Bank, YES Bank etc. IJP within Kotak
