Application Software Development Manager (all genders welcome)

- Track record of successfully managing software developers.
- Experience effectively communicating with users, technical teams, and senior leadership to gather requirements, explain product features, and articulate technical designs and strategy.
- Proven skills in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and coaching teams of software developers to enhance their effectiveness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluent English required.
