Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Manager to lead and guide our engineering team. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can not only manage the team but also provide technical expertise and mentorship. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, cloud technologies, and a deep understanding of the payment processing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers working on cutting-edge technologies.

  • Provide technical guidance and hands-on support in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and roadmaps.

  • Ensure the team adheres to best practices in software development, architecture, and DevOps.

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the development process.

  • Oversee the implementation of solutions using GCP, Java Spring Boot, React, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • Leverage deep expertise in the payment processing domain to guide the team in building secure, reliable, and efficient systems.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains competitive.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership roles.

  • Proven expertise in GCP, Java Spring Boot, React, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

  • Deep knowledge of the payment processing domain, including industry standards, compliance, and security best practices.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect scalable, high-performance systems.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring technical teams.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in GCP or related cloud technologies.

  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
