As we scale across new markets, we’re now hiring our first-ever Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our next phase of digital transformation.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a visionary CTO to drive innovation, efficiency, and scalability across all our technology functions including our proprietary in-house CRM, digital infrastructure, AI development, and automation. This is a strategic leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with cross-functional leaders to shape the future of real estate technology at Driven.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute the long-term tech strategy aligned with the company’s vision for innovation and global expansion.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to future-proof operations, client experience, and service delivery.
Product Ownership
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our in-house CRM system.
- Champion user-centric design, performance, and adoption across departments.
AI & Automation
- Lead the development and implementation of AI tools to optimize business intelligence, lead scoring, content creation, marketing automation, and operational efficiency.
Innovation Leadership
- Foster a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning.
- Identify emerging technologies and translate them into scalable, real-world applications.
Team Building & Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing in-house tech team (developers, product managers, data specialists).
- Guide and mentor internal talent while managing external vendors and partners.
Cybersecurity & Infrastructure
- Ensure a secure, scalable, and resilient technology infrastructure to support business growth.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Proven experience in a senior tech leadership role, ideally as CTO or Head of Engineering/Product.
- Strong track record of owning and scaling custom-built platforms or CRMs.
- Deep understanding of AI, data analytics, cloud architecture, and automation tools.
- Experience leading digital transformation projects from idea to execution.
- Ability to balance big-picture vision with hands-on execution.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience in or passion for the real estate or proptech sector is a strong plus.
