To support our rapid international growth, we are looking for a strategically strong and pragmatic CTO!
As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you are ultimately responsible for our technological strategy, implementation and innovation. As CTO, you lead the development and execution of our technology strategy, ensuring scalability, security and innovation in all technology domains. You will combine vision and strategic insight with operational decisiveness, building scalable systems within a regulated environment.
What does this position entail?
- Oversee In-house CRM platform & digitisation of the customer journey
- Manage IT infrastructure & internal systems
- Ensure robust cybersecurity & data protection
- Automation and management of the data warehouse for reporting
- Managing external IT partners
- Technology budget and investment decisions
- Driving continuous technological innovation
- You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with colleagues in operations, finance, sales and marketing
This is your profile
Strong technical and operational skills
- Proven experience with CRM/software development
- Affinity with and broad knowledge of IT architecture, system management and cybersecurity
- Knowledge of data governance, access management, backups and privacy
- You think strategically, but don't shy away from operational challenges
Financially and strategically savvy
- You manage technology as a business unit, with a grip on costs, ROI and scalability
- You make sound choices that are in line with our European expansion ambitions
Leadership & collaboration
- You build bridges between IT and the business
- You are a coach, communicative and results-oriented
- You know how to build and motivate teams and manage external partners
