We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Engineering with expertise in real estate and high-rise construction to lead our engineering team. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Project Management:
Oversee the planning, design, and execution of high-rise and real estate projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Implement best practices in engineering and construction methodologies.
Risk Management & Compliance:
Identify potential risks in design, construction, and execution phases.
Develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government authorities.

- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 20+ years in real estate and high-rise construction, with a proven track record in large-scale projects.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering, MEP systems, and construction techniques.
