As a CTO Communicator and the communications lead within the region of the Chief Technology & Transformation Officer, Region 2 (CTO2), you will support the CTO with your expertise and skills in shaping the storyline of the region. Being part of the global communications team and the CTO2 Office, you will not only contribute to the customer-centric strategy of the pillar, but you will also proactively drive the definition and execution of the internal and external communications roadmap.
You will have the opportunity to work on exciting, various, and challenging tasks and projects every day. This will give you a deep insight into strategic issues and direct contact with Allianz's top management. With your professionalism and communicative nature, you will act as an interface between the CTO2 office and the organization and as a contact person for internal and external communications, while also being part of the global corporate communications team, working on global communication campaigns and initiatives.
You will
- Lead internal communication within CTO2, driving prominent regular events such as townhalls, all-hands, info sessions.
- Develop and execute a strategic communications roadmap for CTO2 region while incorporating, in alignment with, the Allianz Technology global strategy.
- Identify and create new campaign opportunities to enhance CTO2 brand and visibility.
- Liaise with relevant senior management and CTO2 leadership to shape communication around ongoing strategic initiatives.
- Take active part in the global communications community and act as bridge between local and global communities.
- Create compelling content for various communication channels, including speaking notes, internal newsletters, social media posts (internal and LinkedIn), and presentations.
Your skills
- Minimum of 8-10 years experience in a similar role
- Degree or equivalent professional experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal – English- communication and strong storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences
- Strong stakeholder management skills for coordination and proactive communication with C-level executives
- Interest in IT transformation and ability to understand strategic transformation topics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms
- Creativity and ability to bring innovative ideas in terms of communication strategy & engagement
